Description

• Job delegation on day-to-day operations based on the attendance and volume of respective customers.
• Responsible for liaising with the customer service department to arrange all inbound/outbound activities within the deadline
• Conduct daily spot checks on documentation, warehouse operation process, and warehouse surroundings.
• Perform operational training for team members
• Maintained records for all operational documents
• Managed team attendance records and verified vendor invoices
• Managed purchase requisition and system updates
• Overtime management for team members

Job Requirements

• With 3 – 5 years experience as a warehouse supervisor under any global Logistic Service Provider
• Required to have forklift license and able to drive forklift and reach truck
• Able to speak, read, and write English for drafting operational reports
• Basic PC skills and experience in handling warehouse management systems
• Experienced in handling staff members of 10 headcounts
• Required to work 5.5 days
