Senior Associate, Quality Management


RESPONSIBILITIES
NTUC Health is one of the largest community health and eldercare providers in Singapore.

Through our Active Ageing Centres, we engage the seniors within the clusters and support them by reaching out to understand their needs, curating programmes that cater to the needs of active seniors, and befriending isolated and vulnerable seniors.

At NTUC Health, we are committed to implementing and maintaining quality across our Active Ageing Centres.

The Quality Management Executive will work with the Quality Manager to raise awareness and to establish and maintain standards, operational procedures and documentations.


This role will conduct compliance checks to review and analyse the operation processes to ensure that the implemented controls and their outputs meet the requirements.

Additionally, the Senior Associate is expected to visit the different AACs under NTUC Health for the adoption of the standards and compliance review.


  • Design methodology for the review of compliance to AAC Operations Standard
  • Develop rollout implementation plans and materials
  • Conduct compliance checks through interviews, observations and reviews of documentation, to ensure quality management measures are in place, effective and sustainable
  • Work with Centres'In-Charge to understand ground issues and concerns, identify areas of improvements and develop improvement plans
  • Compile, analyze data and findings and provide recommendations
  • Organize and conduct qualityrelated internal audits and coordinate external audits on AACs
  • Establish operational procedures to improve consistency and efficiency in day to day processes
  • Raise awareness on quality through various channels such as but not limited to organizing Quality Day events, issuance of quality newsletters or staff training
  • May require to perform additional duties as requested

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Degree / Diploma in a relevant discipline
  • Have a background in quality management and / or service excellence programmes
  • Proficient in Google Suite Applications
  • Keen interest in quality management in eldercare sector
  • Good written and verbal communication
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Detailoriented with strong organizational skills
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn

OTHER INFORMATION

Additional & Advantageous Skills:

  • Experience in community healthcare or social service setting is helpful, but not essential
  • Has an interest/passion for working with seniors and people with diverse backgrounds and experience
