[What the role is]You will be part of Enterprise Singapore's Finance, Procurement and Administration team responsible for managing of the budget for fiscal sustainability, driving value-for-money in purchases, and ensuring a safe and conducive work environment. In this role, you will plan the physical infrastructure and facilities of our HQ office and ensure that they are well maintained and kept in a good, safe and serviceable state for users.
[What you will be working on]
Reporting to the Deputy Director (Administration), you will play a vital role to support Office Administration initiatives at EnterpriseSG, leading a team to provide excellent administrative service to the Board in the following key areas:
1) Facilities Management:
• Review, manage and maintain EnterpriseSG HQ office to ensure the facilities are well maintained, safe, fit-for-purpose and conducive for use and business interactions.
• Oversee and manage the Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) and other admin services are performing as per contract, valid and procured on time.
• Manage all the facilities upgrading projects from planning to completion including defects liability periods, fixed asset and finalisation of project accounts.
• Ensures workplace safety, office security and emergency preparedness procedures are reviewed regularly and implemented properly.
2) Space Management:
• Plan and coordinate a conducive work environment at EnterpriseSG HQ that support collaboration, communication, and staff well-being which is financially and environmentally sustainable as well as optimisation of office space use to meet internal requirements.
• Ensure adequate and suitable seating arrangement on a timely basis.
• Manage the leasing process for EnterpriseSG HQ office from market research, lease negotiations, lease renewal and property maintenance coordination.
3) Environmental Sustainability
• Implement measures to reduce carbon footprint for EnterpriseSG HQ in the areas of energy, water, and waste to support the targets.
[What we are looking for]
• Recognised degree in Building or Facilities/Estates Management discipline with minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Facilities/Estate Management with good track record, of which at least two years in managerial capacity in government agencies.
• An individual who is a team player with strong inter-personal and analytical skills, meticulous, able to multi-task and work well under pressure.
