Job Descriptions:

  • Lead a small team in Singapore and interact with various stakeholders in China, Singapore and other countries.
  • Cooperate with resources and talents to improve efficiency and benefit.
  • Product structuring of the new funds.
  • Supervision of due diligence and investment functions.
  • Portfolio Management: Liquidity management, performance and data management for fundoffunds, including cashflow forecasting and benchmarking.
  • Portfolio Monitoring: Keeping abreast of market updates and monitoring the performance of the underlying funds via regular meetings and calls with existing and new GPs.
  • Management Reporting: Producing semiannual Portfolio Reviews for all real estate products to the Investment Committee.

Job Requirements:

  • Experience in portfolio management and liquidity management.
  • Good knowledge and understanding of real estate asset classes and trends.
  • Outcome and resultsoriented, with a rigorous approach to tasks assigned.
  • Degree holder with 812 years of working experience either as a portfolio management or private equity fund accountant, including a minimum of 3 years of management experience.
