Patient Service Associate (Dispensary Inventory):

Posting Date: 31 Jul 2023You will be responsible for supporting pharmacy dispensary inventory operations


Your duties include:

  • Receiving and checking of stocks (including bulky items) to ensure that items supplied are correct and accounted for
  • Topping up and arranging of stocks onto their respective stock shelves in First-Expiry First-Out (FEFO) order
  • Assisting in the transport of inventory items (including bulky items) between the various pharmacies within the department
  • Performing daily auto emergency Orders and weekly indent orders
  • Performing of cycle counts under supervision
  • Assisting with investigation of stock discrepancies as required
  • Maintaining of inventory data e.g. writeoff report, drug usage report and generating of various inventory reports as required
  • Maintaining cleanliness of workareas through regular housekeeping
  • Other administrative duties including but not limited to maintaining proper records and housekeeping of documents

Job Requirements

  • At least GCE 'N" Level qualifications
  • Applicants with work experience in the customer service/healthcare industry will have an advantage
  • Able to communicate effectively
