Bartender - Singapore - Richdale International Executive Search
Description
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages to customers.
- Welcome and greet guests in a friendly and courteous manner.
- Take drink orders from customers and provide recommendations when needed.
- Mix and garnish drinks according to recipes and customer preferences.
- Ensure the bar area is clean, organized, and wellstocked at all times.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of bar equipment, glassware, and utensils.
- Monitor alcohol consumption and ensure responsible drinking practices are observed.
- Collaborate with other bar staff and kitchen team to ensure smooth operations.
- Provide excellent customer service and address any concerns or complaints promptly.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a bartender or in a similar role preferred.
- Knowledge of cocktail recipes and mixology techniques.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and outgoing personality.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fastpaced environment.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
