Governance & Risk Management

  • Work closely with the Compliance Manager to provide oversight over the Organization's adherence to legislative and regulatory standards;
  • Keep abreast of regulatory and legislative changes and provide updates on regulatory changes and/or legislative requirements to management & employees;
  • Conduct process reviews with the Organization to assess effectiveness of internal controls.

Data Protection

  • Provide guidance and support to the Data Protection committees within the Organization;
  • Evaluate, implement and monitor personal data protection compliance policies, procedures, controls and/or remediation measures.

Education & Awareness

  • Foster a data protection culture amongst employees and communicate personal data protection policies to stakeholders;
  • Administer and conduct compliance training to employees, and other educational events/ activities to raise awareness on risks, data protection and compliance.

Ad-hoc Duties

  • Support any other adhoc matters as assigned by supervisor and management.

Your expertise

  • Minimum 2 years of working experience in the field of risk management, data protection or internal audit
  • Relevant certification (e.g Certified Practitioner in Data Protection, Certified Information Privacy Professional etc) will be an added advantage
  • Ability to work independently, objectively and constructively
  • Excellent interpersonal & communication skills to work with various stakeholders
  • Analytical and meticulous with strong attention to detail
