- Provide secretarial and administrative support to the Business Unit Director
- Drafts confidential correspondence, edit documents, take and transcribe minutes of meetings, and performance other administrative and secretarial duties.
- Maintaining calendars and contact database, schedules appointments
- Creates, maintains, and/or updates various databases. Extract, analyses and presents data for management information reporting purpose.
- Serves as a liaison between executives, internal management, employees, clients and visitors as required.
- Plans, coordinates, and supports meeting and conferences.
- Plan events for team building within the leadership team (Eg. Beach cleaning, outdoor activities) as well as for the whole Business Unit (e.g Contract Manager Day)
- Support administratively on Singapore certifications renewal (Eg. BCA, SIFMA) Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in a relevant field
- At least 3 years of relevant experience as a Personal Assistant
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to customers.
- Ability to effectively present information.
- Able to maintain confidentiality at all times
