    Description
    Responsibilities
  • Provide secretarial and administrative support to the Business Unit Director
  • Drafts confidential correspondence, edit documents, take and transcribe minutes of meetings, and performance other administrative and secretarial duties.
  • Maintaining calendars and contact database, schedules appointments
  • Creates, maintains, and/or updates various databases. Extract, analyses and presents data for management information reporting purpose.
  • Serves as a liaison between executives, internal management, employees, clients and visitors as required.
  • Plans, coordinates, and supports meeting and conferences.
  • Plan events for team building within the leadership team (Eg. Beach cleaning, outdoor activities) as well as for the whole Business Unit (e.g Contract Manager Day)
  • Support administratively on Singapore certifications renewal (Eg. BCA, SIFMA)
  • Requirements
  • Minimum Diploma in a relevant field
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience as a Personal Assistant
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to customers.
  • Ability to effectively present information.
  • Able to maintain confidentiality at all times
