We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Beauty Salon Administrator. In this dual role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our salon's financial transactions and administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:
1. Handling and Transactions:
– Accurately account for daily receivables for salon services and products.
– Maintain a secure and organized cash register, handling cash, credit card, and digital transactions.
– Provide receipts and ensure proper documentation of all transactions.
2. Appointment Scheduling and Customer Service:
– Manage salon appointment scheduling using computerized booking systems.
– Assist customers in booking, rescheduling, or cancelling appointments.
– Address customer inquiries, providing exceptional service and professionally resolving issues.
3. Administrative Support:
– Perform general administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and organizing salon records.
– Assist in maintaining inventory levels for salon products and supplies.
– Collaborate with salon management to ensure a well-organized and efficient work environment.
4. Team Collaboration:
– Work closely with salon staff to coordinate schedules and manage customer flow.
– Communicate effectively with stylists, aestheticians, and other team members to ensure a cohesive and positive salon experience.
Qualifications:
– Proven experience in cashiering, customer service, or administrative roles, preferably in a salon or retail environment.
– Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
– Familiarity with salon management software and point-of-sale systems is desirable.
