Job Description
· Responsible of end-to-end recruitment cycle. Driving the definition of role requirements, identifying the most appropriate recruitment channels, screening through resumes/ interviewing/assessing candidates, and monitoring pipelines through to negotiation and offer.
· Managing recruitment drive for Singapore and regional (eg. Malaysia, China, Indonesia, Australia, Thailand, Hong Kong etc) candidates. Work closely with regional HR counterparts to plan and carry out recruitment events.
· Work closely with Hiring Managers/HR on understanding the hiring needs and with the Operations department on the manpower requirement in hiring process.
· Implement a SOP for recruitment, define/redefine job requirement and access The Company's talent markets to provide meaningful insights to the business.
· Maintain candidate and requisition data accurately and be responsible for accurate and timely hiring reports and to also measure existing recruitment channels, agency spend, recruitment metrics and adopt innovative methods to fulfil recruitment needs.
· Coach line managers/supervisors to provide consistent career development advice, to develop and groom workforce and to also retain talent to meet future business or organisational needs.
· Review of recruitment processes to streamline, digitalise while ensuring/ improving positive candidate experience. Use metrics to create hiring dashboard and identify areas of improvement (e.g. time-to-hire and cost-per-hire).
· Identify potential candidates across various local offices, and reach out to the candidates through various channels such as online platforms, social media and campus outreach channels.
· Plan and organise engagement events, such as information sessions, networking events, and webinars to attract potential candidates to apply
· Partnership with educational institutions, organisations, Government labour agencies (e.g. WSG), Yellow Ribbon Programme etc. for talent pipeline.
· Participate in recruitment, internships and outreach events/job fairs as and when needed
Requirements
· Min. Diploma or Degree in any field.
· Possess minimum 3 years of full cycle recruitment experience
· Resourceful, effective communication and interpersonal skills
· Previous experience in an employment agency is highly desirable
· Ability to consult and comprehend recruitment needs from Hiring Managers and conduct effective talent search practices
· Hands-on experience in recruitment process
· Experience in using insights and data to analyze recruitment trends and advise recommendation with regards to talent sourcing
· Able to multi-task in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
· Good written and oral communication skills
· Team work with positive mindset
