    Roles & Responsibilities

    Job Responsibilities

    1) Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and objectives.

    2) Assist in the development of project plans, timelines, and budgets.

    3) Review and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications.

    4) Ensure that designs comply with applicable codes, regulations, and standards.

    5) Supervise construction activities to ensure compliance with design specifications and quality standards.

    6) Conduct regular site inspections and address technical issues as they arise.

    7) Assist in the selection and procurement of construction materials and equipment.

    8) Evaluate technical aspects of materials for suitability and compliance with project requirements.

    9) Implement and oversee quality control measures to ensure construction work meets established standards.

    10) Collaborate with the quality assurance team to address any non-compliance issues.

    11) Work closely with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to coordinate technical aspects of the construction process.

    12) Address technical queries and provide guidance to the construction team.

    13) Identify and address technical challenges and issues that may arise during construction.

    14) Propose and implement solutions to ensure project continuity.

    15) Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including technical drawings, reports, and specifications.

    16) Prepare and review technical reports for project stakeholders.

    17) Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards on construction sites.

    18) Participate in safety audits and implement corrective actions as needed.

    Job Requirements

    1) At least a Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related technical field.

    2) At least 6 years working experience related to construction industry.

    3) Professional Engineer (PE) license is an advantage.

    4) Proven experience in construction engineering or a related role.

    5) Familiarity with construction materials, methods, and building codes.

    6) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

    7) Proficiency in using engineering software and tools.

    8) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    9) Ability to work collaboratively within a project team.
