- Support the creation, implementation and continuous development of world class Lotus corporate identity and retail standards within the network, in alignment with LTIL Group and Central Network Development functions
- In cooperation with the Central Training & Development department, identify retailer training needs and support delivery across the network.
- Co-ordinate the delivery of corporate identity/ visual identity programmes and new retail concepts with selected partners across the network. This will involve facilitating alignment between the Lotus design team, suppliers and partner representatives.
- Manage the local network database and contract management processes.
- In cooperation with the Head of Network Development, define, implement and manage an escalation process to deal with instances of non-compliant standards within the network.
- With support of internal systems, performance manage the network to meet regional performance indicators, reporting, action settings, audit management etc.
- Establish the governance and process framework to lead network performance management programmes across the network.
- Review and assist with the collation of market and industry statistical information to support network related plans.
- Ongoing evaluation and review of the performance of network partners.
- Work in cooperation with the legal department to coordinate requirements related to network nominations, operational changes and terminations.
- Develop, manage and monitor network performance lifecycle programs related to KPIs/ OKRs, contractual standards, brand requirements, margin expectations, sales & aftersales evaluations and network optimization.
- Significant experience in a similar job delivering requirements related to network development, performance management and network standards at an expert level within the automotive industry.
- Superior communication and influencing skills to productively engage with key stakeholders and build long lasting relationships.
- Extremely organised, works well under pressure and is able to work with parallel workstreams.
- Significant knowledge of automotive dealer operations and the development of dealer/distributor networks.
- Strong negotiation and supplier management skills to influence, develop and achieve objectives that create win/win outcomes.
- Business degree or equivalent qualification.
- Practical working experience managing agency, wholesale and direct sales contracts.
