Job Description

• Leads a product portfolio with P&L and revenue growth responsibility.
• Sets product strategy and monitors customer feedback to ensure product roadmap includes the right set of priorities and objectives.
• Partners with regional leaders, sales, product management and product service to manage growth initiatives.
• Serves as a subject matter expert in the insurance field.
• Develops and communicates DXC's product vision to the customer community, analysts, and internal stakeholders.
• Participates in planning and execution and works in a cross functional environment to own the product

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Typically, 8+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 3+ years in a similar role
• Proven experience in driving business development and advisory initiatives
• Proficiencies in sales strategies, market analysis, and technology trends
• A continuous learner who stays abreast of industry knowledge and technology advancements
• Advanced degree in a relevant field is a plus
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Sales Leadership, Sales Enablement, Business Development) are a plus
• Hands on experience on Ingenium Product is a must
• Knowledge of system architecture will be a distinct advantage
