    Description
    Roles & Responsibilities

    Responsibilities:

    • Work with Project Manager to confirm system designs and procurement
    • Monitor project progress of sub-contractors and conduct site inspections regularly
    • Manage sub-contractors for efficient and prompt completion of work
    • Make sure project is carried out according to schedule
    • Attending to all design and technical meetings with consultants, main contractors and system specialists to ensure all aspects and requirements were taken care of
    • Attending to all site meetings with owner, consultants and main contractors on all matters related to the project operation and coordination
    • To review the tender specification requirement and supplier quotation compliance
    • Raise MR and order material & arrange manpower for necessary works
    • To do quantities take off & prepare cost breakdown and comparison sheet
    • Other scope of work to be assigned by the Management

    Requirement:

    • MUST possess at least Diploma / Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent
    • At least 3 years relevant work experience in Fire Protection System/Sprinkler System
    • Good communicator with excellent coordination skills
    • Committed individual with great initiative and strong problem-solving skills
    • Candidates from the same industry will be highly preferred
    • Knowledge of AutoCAD added advantage
    • Only Singaporean may apply
