Job Description:

1. Responsible for formulating the company's long-term strategic planning and development direction.

2. Participate in board meetings, coordinate the work of various departments of the company, and ensure the smooth operation of the company's various businesses.

3. Approve contracts, investments and major decisions that are important to the company's business to ensure the company's risk control and compliance operations.

4. Maintain the company's image and reputation, and communicate and coordinate with the government, the industry and all walks of life on behalf of the company.

5. Supervise the performance of duties and work objectives of managers at all levels of the company, and promote the improvement of the company's internal management and processes.

6. Carry out market research and competitor analysis to continuously improve the company's market competitiveness and profitability.

Requirements:

1. More than 10 years of work experience, more than 5 years of work experience in the same industry or similar industry, more than 2 years of management experience.
