Description
Job Purpose:
To support the Business Operations Manager in the day-to-day operations that includes warehouse management, shipping, order administration and customer service.
Responsibilities:
- To manage Haulier / transporter ensure all logistics activities are well coordinated to meet customers' requirements.
- To be responsible to meet all customers' KPIs.
- Establishing internal workflow and translating customers' expectations and requirements to the operations for customers in their responsibilities; act as a liaison person between the company and customers on all businessrelated issues.
- Ensuring prompts billing of invoices and assist in overdue payment collection for customers under their responsibilities.
- Providing updates reports on customers in their responsibility to his/her superior monthly.
- To manage sales and after sales services for key customers to meet their business needs and requirements.
- To coordinate, update SOP and conduct inhouse training
- Provide leadership, motivation and guidance to his/her working team to meet job requirements.
- Maintain close and good customer and suppliers/partners relationships.
- Monitor and review processes to identify areas for improvement.
- Implement feasible cost saving and productivity projects.
- Undertake projects and duties assigned by the Management.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum O level
- 2 years of working experience in Warehousing Management
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Good organization and time management skill
- Ability to work long hours and to perform weekend duty, if required
