Admin Assistant
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for handling general affairs and office management
- Responsible for a variety of officerelated tasks
- To order and replenish office supplies and stationery
- Liaise with internal employees and external parties regarding general affairs and administrative support functions
- Ensuring overall running of the office is smooth and without problems
- Taking care of the office environment
Requirements:
- Min "O" level with 1 year of working experience in the construction industry
- Possess experience in the general affair (GA) and admin work
- Good knowledge of MS office especially Excel and Word
- A good team player with good interpersonal communication skills.
