Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

Assists in preparing the Work Plan.
Delegates jobs to supervisors and plan the manpower required for the jobs in accordance to the budgeted man-hours.
Resolves problems encountered and manage the coordination between the different trades
Raises or approve Issue Passes for materials and equipment required for the jobs accordingly
Monitors the work of sub-contractors to ensure that quality and workmanship conform to company standards.
Ensures that all standard operating procedures comply with specifications, quality standards, statutory and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

A degree from a recognized tertiary institute.
At least 2 years of relevant working experience.
Possess positive and willing to learn attitude.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Possess good interpersonal and communication skills.
Able to multi-task and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
