    Roles & Responsibilities

    Working hours: 8pm to 8am (night shift)

    Work schedule : 3days per week

    Shift allowance and OT allowance will be provided

    Task and responsibilities

    1.1. Prepare documents for marine shipments and pipeline transfer

    1.2. Coordinate with shipping agent to sign shipping documents whenever necessary

    1.3. Coordinate with surveyor to sign all relevant shipping documents

    1.4. Coordinate and record sample send to Laboratory

    1.5. Assets tracking such as, but not limited to, meters, walkie talkie, gauging equipment etc.

    1.6. Carry out administrative tasks as assigned by the Unit Supervisor and/or Oil Doc Supervisor

    1.7. Apply for export permits via declaring agent

    1.8. Account for all export shipments against Berth Occupancy Log

    1.9. Filing and retention of export documents

    1.10. Distribution of export shipment documents

    Education and skills

    A minimum of diploma/ITE

    Familiarity with productivity tools, such as Microsoft Office Suite

    No experience required. Training will be provided
