Personnel to be deployed at the following hours:

Mondays to Fridays: 8.30am to 5.30pm,1 hour lunch break (up to 8 hours a day)

Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays.

Duties and responsibilities for RC positions include the following:

Coordinate the interview sessions and training of RAs, plan the logistics of data collection such as preparing testing materials and surveys, email correspondences with schools, scheduling the data collection and cleaning up the data collected. Conduct face-to-face assessment with MOE Kindergarten (MK) children on an individual basis. Support the data collation of the evaluation, including all other general duties such as operational, administrative and other supporting duties

In addition, RC (Position 2) is expected to do qualitative methods and data collection

Must have at least a Diploma (in any field); early childhood qualifications would be an advantage

Experience for both positions: Basic experience in research study which may or may not be related to early childhood, and/or work experience with young children; For RC position 2, experience in qualitative research would be an advantage

Skills for both positions: Must have proficient communication skills, and be proficient in Microsoft Office (MS Excel, able to manage sets of data, MS PowerPoint)

Pleasant, meticulous and must be able to work with young children
