- Proactively handle renewal accounts, negotiate terms and conditions and close deals; ability to seek, identify and convert new business opportunities
- Complete detailed pipeline/opportunity assessment with manager/sales team/key brokers to identify growth opportunities.
- Qualify accounts to meet organization's appetite, balanced with sound business opportunity.
- Cross-Sell other lines of business to increase product density with the account.

- Prior experience working in an insurance/reinsurance company.
