    Description
    Roles & Responsibilities

    Responsibilities

    Support Sales Dept in carrying out day to day administrative duties.

    Tracking & monitoring approved stocks to ensure deliveries are duly arranged.

    Ensuring sales quotes are duly processed into Sales order and in accordance with the policy and procedure.

    Maintain proper filing of sales enquiries and quotations.

    Ensure proper documentation, records and filling.

    Responding to emails, phone queries and etc.

    Coordinate and work closely with Sales Dept and Purchasing Dept.

    Handle general administration duties.

    Any other ad-hoc duties assigned.

    Requirements

    Obtained at least a Diploma in any field.

    Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong analytical abilities.

    Ability to work well under pressure, detail-oriented and employs a proactive approach to problem-solving.

    Positive working attitude, demonstrate good interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team.

    The ability to multitask, works in a fast-paced environment, and meets deadlines.

    Meticulous & high sensitivity in managing confidential reports.

    Knowledge of MS office & proficient in Excel.

    Must be willing to learn.
