About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Consultant – Bridal Stylist to join our luxury designer bridal boutique in Singapore.

What You'll Do:

• Guide brides through their gown selection journey, delivering an exceptional and personalized experience
• Meet monthly sales KPIs while maintaining the highest level of service
• Coordinate with seamstresses to ensure perfect gown fittings
• Handle customer concerns with professionalism, empathy, and prompt resolution
• Manage appointment scheduling, customer follow-ups, and day-to-day sales operations

Requirements:

• A strong team player with a positive mindset and keen eye for fashion
• Minimum 2 years in customer service or front-end sales, ideally in hospitality or premium retail
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Meticulous, fast learner, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
