- To oversee and manage all areas of the assigned outlet.
- Customer orientated.
- To accomplish sales and profits objectives.
- To recruit, train, motivate and maintain low turnover rate
- Plan weekly schedule and update daily timesheets
- Ensure the assigned outlet is staffed to maximise sales potential and operational efficiency.
- Inventory management, stock take and wastage control
- Any other jobs or duties assigned by the Chief Operating Executive from time to time.
- Prefer knowlege in Kitchen & Service operations.
