    Description
    Roles & Responsibilities
    • To oversee and manage all areas of the assigned outlet.
    • Customer orientated.
    • To accomplish sales and profits objectives.
    • To recruit, train, motivate and maintain low turnover rate
    • Plan weekly schedule and update daily timesheets
    • Ensure the assigned outlet is staffed to maximise sales potential and operational efficiency.
    • Inventory management, stock take and wastage control
    • Any other jobs or duties assigned by the Chief Operating Executive from time to time.
    • Prefer knowlege in Kitchen & Service operations.
