    Admin Assistant

    Job description

    We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to support us
    with the following responsibilities:


    Assisting in processing orders submitted by
    salesperson.


    Verifying pricing accuracy before inputting into
    our software and conducting data entry tasks.


    Facilitating data migration processes.


    Addressing and resolving any backlog of data.

    Job requirements


    Minimum qualification of GCE 'N' level or equivalent.


    Candidates with no prior experience but demonstrate
    a strong interest and willingness to learn are enuraged to apply; mentorship
    will be provided.


    Capable of multitasking and working effectively
    in a fast-paced environment.


    Proficient in advanced Microsoft excel skills.
