    About the Role

    We are looking for a dynamic Human Resources Manager to join our team, responsible for overseeing the full spectrum of HR functions within our organisation.     This role will be reporting to the Senior Director of Human Resources in this role.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage and supervise all recruitment and selection activities
    • Conduct new employee orientations and provide employee relations counselling, while also overseeing exit interviews
    • Work with department managers to establish and execute employee professional development plans
    • Plan, administer, coordinate, and assess the company's performance management and human resources programs.
    • Participate in the development and execution of HR strategies, systems, and projects
    • Review and update the Employee Handbook regarding policies and procedures
    • Supervise the maintenance of confidential personnel records and reports
    • Collaborate with the Head of HR to oversee all aspects of compensation and benefits
    • Perform other duties as assigned by the HR Director.

    Job Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in HR Management or Business Administration/Management
    • Minimum 5 years of HR Generalist experience, with 2 years working experience in organising recruitment activities, hiring process and collaboration with hiring agencies, training institutions
    • Good knowledge of labour relations, grievance and appeal procedures, with experience in employee relations
    • Confident and articulate communicator able to communicate with authority in both writing and verbally
    • High level of social sensitivity and cultural awareness with the ability to build successful and collaborative relationships with employees and managers at all levels
    • Ability to interpret management needs, influence and negotiate
    • Strong employee-orientation willingness to support and understand the business needs and goals
    • Excellent time management skills ability to multi-task and prioritize workloads with tight deadlines
    • Proactive and energetic ability to learn and adapt quickly
    • Proficient in MS Office Skills
