What the role is

What you will be working on

  • As a Development Control Planner, you have an important role to analyse, evaluate and recommend development proposals for a decision in a timely manner, taking into considerations planning policies, guidelines, context of the surrounding areas, site conditions and other agencies' inputs. To do well in the job, you are expected to be familiar with the planning area you are assigned to, be comfortable with dealing with people, have eyes for details, have good time management and be helpful to deliver good public service.

What we are looking for

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good writing and presentation skills
  • Knowledge of BIM system will be advantageous
