Description
**Responsibilities- Oversee and coordinate the routine production build activities to ensure smooth operations.
- Explore alternative approaches to address challenges or improve current processes.
- Create and manage the incident reports and service requests list in collaboration with Dev team
- Ensure communication of the drafted, proposed and the final PC list to various stake holders including development, QA, BA, PM and CIOO team.
- Followup on the issues with the various stakeholders at different juncture, during development or during testing.
- Collaborating closely with the BAU team to analyze production issues, identify root causes, and perform various related activities.
- Engage with stakeholders to ensure a smooth and clear understanding of the process flow for incident reports and service requests and follow up as needed to address any issues or concerns.
- Develop test cases for the BAU PC (Production Change) list, catering to both internal use and UAT (User Acceptance Testing) users.
- Take responsibility for problemsolving and addressing challenges by leveraging technical knowledge and expertise, while adhering to established policies, processes, and guidelines.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related discipline (preferred)
- Experience in managing Incidents triaging, reporting and assignment of tickets to Development Team.
- Ability to troubleshoot system problems, find rootcause and provide both shortterm and longterm solutions and implement them.
- Proficient in working with agile methodologies and highly experienced in utilizing management tools such as HP ALM, JIRA, Zephyr, and Xray.
- Possess extensive expertise in the insurance domain, with a strong understanding of both life and pensions (L&P) and property and casualty (P&C) sectors.
- Proactive 'can do' attitude, good verbal and written communication skills enabling effective interaction with both wider IT and Business stakeholders.
- Salesforce & ITIL certification is a prerequisite for this position.
- Knowledge and Certification in Web 3 & AWS is desirable.
- Prior Experience & Certification in QA is preferable
