    Roles & Responsibilities

    Responsibilities

    • Providing of Executive secretarial support to the President
    • Admin support to the daily activities including emails and meeting arrangements
    • Take instruction and respond to emails / letters
    • Attend meetings and take meeting minutes
    • Manage the President's daily work/diary
    • Follow up on President's memos to other key people in the Company
    • Arrange internal and external meetings
    • Receive President's guests and arrange meeting rooms
    • Handle travel arrangements – flight, hotel accommodation, visas etc
    • Attend to President's personal work
    • Handle general admin duties such as filing, typing & emailing

    Qualifications

    • Ideally Degree holder with full Executive Secretarial Qualification
    • Senior Executive, specialized in Corporate Secretarial & Personal Assistant duties
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office
    • Strong command of English, both verbal and written, bilingual preferred
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, meticulous and detailed
    • Good organizational and time management skills, with ability to work under pressure
    • Pro-active and highly independent with positive working attitude and management skills
