Description
The Operations Executive is responsible for leading and managing the team to achieve operational excellence. This includes overseeing receiving, storage, order processing, and shipping of products while maintaining a safe and organized work environment. The Executive will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes, implement best practices, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Assist with operations may require to carrying loads>20kg
  • Lead, mentor and motivate all staff to achieve performance targets and objectives.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, oversee daytoday warehouse activities, including receiving, putaway, order picking, packing, and shipping.
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure accuracy and timely Identify areas for process improvement and implement strategies to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Implement best practices for inventory management, order fulfilment, and quality control.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and implement safety measures to prevent accidents and injuries.
  • Conduct regular safety training and promote a culture of safety within the team.
  • Collaborate with customer service and sales teams to meet customer requirements and address any issues related to order fulfilment.
  • Generate and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess overall performance and make datadriven decisions.
  • Prepare reports on operational metrics, inventory levels, and order accuracy.
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely and accurate deliveries of goods.
  • Evaluate vendor performance and negotiate contracts as needed.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's or Master degree in Business Administration, or related field.
  • CLASS 3 License is preferred with good track record
  • Possess a valid forklift license
  • Physically fit in order to carry heavy objects
  • Independent and able to take initiative
  • Good coordination and organization skills
  • Possesses good time management
  • Able to work well in a team
  • Experience in management may be advantageous.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
  • Knowledge of data analysis and report writing.
  • The ability to understand and follow company policies and procedures.
