    Senior Executive, Network Operation Development

    JobOverviewUD Trucks isknown for our pioneering technologies and products within the commercialautomotive industry.

    The role supports the implementation of UDIS network development in respective markets, and drives retail excellence activities/standardsacross UDIS market (owned and private) to improve customer satisfaction anddealer efficiency/productivity.


    Responsibilitiesand DutiesNetwork Development:

    • Support the market development and review on network strategy plans to meet the growth ambition of the company and new product launch.
    • Support hubs with new market entry/terminations.
    • Execute investment and divestment policy in coordination with UDIS policy and compliance.
    • Develop and update UD Dealer Facility standards/guidelines.
    • Develop retail specific guidelines or processes.
    • Facilitate importer agreement and appointment.
    • Support on signage program implementation and vendor endorsement (for local sourcing)

    Operational Development:

    • Support the implementation of Customer Satisfaction survey action plan.
    • Establish process guidelines for UD Road Support and bring up the standard of service.
    • Execute dealer operating standards, and drive the implementation of dealer audit on workshop and parts process via Qualitative Requirement (QR), facilitate the training to hubs and market for audits.
    • Benchmark incentive program models and provide guidelines for importers/dealers.
    • Establish/improvise audit tool (DAT) and dashboard for QR audit progress monitoring.
    • Support market preparation for ISO certification program.
    • Support the review and execution on pricing strategy of DSIT charges.
    • Support in defining long-term roadmap of uptime and retail business application.
    • Support the implementation of business system and the importer request on integration with UD system.
    • Support business plan preparation from hubs.
    • Secure Techtool solution for retail usage.
    • Review workshop organization and process for continuous improvement on turnaround time, dealer efficiency, safety and reduce unsold hours.
    • Identify best practices in retail operations for learning purpose of others in their operations.
    • Deliver management reporting requested on a timely manner.
    • Secure market readiness on new product launch.
    Minimumqualifications

    • At least 1 year's experience in retail/network development, in-depth understanding of the functions of the retail network and its KPI.
    • At least 3 years' experience in retail automotive business is preferred.
    • Good commercial vehicle industry knowledge and experience is an added advantage.
    • Good understanding of dealer operations and dealer financial management.
    • Excellent skills in English language (verbal and written).
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Fully proficient in presentation skills.
    • Ability to work with all levels of people including internal and external stakeholders (vendors, importers).
    • Analytical skill with attention to details.
    • Proactive and resourceful.
    • Fully proficient in MS Office applications (specifically on Excel & Powerpoint: Intermediate to Expert level).
    • Strategic thinking with holistic view.
    • Good team player.
    • Result and action oriented to meet business targets.
    • Able to adapt quickly to different environments and audiences.
