Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

Prioritize features based on business goals and technical feasibility.
Drive best practices for new improvements and maintenance, ensure the highest quality and standards are applied.
Working closely with business stakeholders, technology leads, software development teams and designers in prioritization of initiatives and features.
Ensure dynamic, incremental, and continuous delivery of the product that brings value to the business in an agile and sustainable manner.
Collaborate with peer teams on multidiscipline projects and front-office and back-office initiatives

Requirements:

Strong background in product development, with experience in defining and driving the development of a software product.
Good understanding of design principles and user experience (UX) design, as well as the ability to work effectively with designers.
Well-versed in Agile software development methodologies, with hands on experience in working as part of highly effective Agile software development team using Scrum, Kanban, or other agile frameworks.
Hands on experience in conducting business analysis functions, stakeholder management, solution designing, and software test planning.
