In-depth understanding of project delivery frameworks and governance
Lead project activities related to the transformation initiatives, including technology implementations, process improvements, and other strategic initiatives.
Jointly work across the business to develop robust migration / implementation / transition plans.
Identify and manage project risks and issues and develop and implement mitigation strategies as needed.
Work closely with stakeholders across the organization to understand the project's work stream requirements and ensure that stakeholder needs and expectations are met.
Manage project work stream teams, including internal and external resources, and ensure that project tasks are completed on time and within budget.
Monitor and report on project work stream progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders and senior management.
Work closely with other members to ensure that project management processes are aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
Develop and maintain project work stream documentation, including project plans, status reports, and other project-related documentation
Knowledge and experience working within the agreed project and change management governance frameworks. Demonstrated capabilities in Change Management
Conduct regular code reviews and ensure that development standards are followed to maintain code quality and consistency
Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization within the Loan Origination
Stay up to date with the latest developments in Loan Origination
Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, providing regular updates on project progress and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise
Support IT leadership functions including annual planning, budgeting, status reporting, presentations, and continuous improvement
Responsible for project communications, identification of issues/risks, and escalation of critical issues to senior leaders. Provides recommendations and/or solutions for identified issues
Performs other duties as assigned
