Lab Assistant

Well-established Manufacturing Company (Food Ingredients)

Basic Up to $2300 + lunch + company transport (one way) + Variable bonus

Mon-Fri (9am - 6.15pm) and 1⁄2 Saturday a month (9am pm)

Location:
East Area

Job Duties:

Responsible for the preparation of outgoing production samples for QA/QC manager sensory evaluation and submit sensory report
Perform lab testing and courier samples for external lab testing
In charge of weighing and blending of ingredients for sample preparation
Provide support lab testing operations and maintain laboratory equipment
Maintain housekeeping cleanliness standards
Perform other tasks as assigned by superior

Requirements:

Pref minimum Diploma in Food Science/ Chemistry / Applied Sciences or related fields
Training will be provided
Experience in lab environment/ quality control systems would be an added advantage
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel & Word)
Aircon working environment
