Interior Designer to join our dynamic and boundary-pushing design team.

Job Description:

• Work together with Lead Interior Designer in preparing space planning and design conceptualization for residential, commercial offices, F&B, and retail spaces.
• Identify and understand clients' design requirements. Ensure design details meet the client's expectations.
• Design space planning, concept development, construction detailing, and perspective drawings
• Source required materials from various suppliers. Prepare material board for client's approval.
• Compile required materials and drawings for building quotation.
• To produce detailed 2D elevation/construction drawings.
• Illustrate design concepts through rendered 3D images.
• Manage projects from design conceptualization to renovation completion.

Required Experience and Qualification:
Min Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.

Proven experience (min 2 years) in interior design or construction renovation.

Proficient in design software such as Sketchup, AutoCAD, Corona & Adobe Photoshop

• Masterful timemanagement skills, able to juggle multiple projects with tight deadlines.

Strong communication skills, enabling you to present design ideas confidently to captivate clients and stakeholders.

A collaborative spirit, open to feedback and working together as a design team.
