Job Summary:

- Employment type: Permanent, fulltime
- Working hours: 5.5 days, 8.30 am to 5.30 pm
Responsibilities:
- Observe and ensure that the projects and contracts assigned by the town council are called promptly and within the allotted budget.
- Provide a full range of services, including but not limited to, calling for bids, displaying documents for Sub Committee and Council approval, awarding the bid, updating records in HDB and TC systems (Cyclical Maintenance Management System and Town Council Management System), and supporting audit checks.
- Make sure that the procedures closely adhere to the criteria of the Town Council's Act and Financial Rules and Compliance.
- Monitor the projects' progress and work closely with the Project Team on progress claims and variation orders
- Conduct checks regularly
- Work closely with the Property Teams to determine the scope of work for cyclical works
- Give recommendations for enhancing the design or development of the works
- Take responsibility and ownership for Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) standards and results, including serving as the liaison for safety audits.
- Help the GM create and submit for approval strategic operating plans.
- Perform any related duties as required and directed.
Job Requirements:
- Possesses Degree in Facility Management/Building Services/Quantity Surveyor or equivalent
- Must have experience in handling town council/HDBrelated projects for at least 2 years
