KEY ROLE(S), RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

  • Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs, objectives, and challenges.
  • Collaborate with technology teams to design solutions that meet business needs.
  • Propose innovative and practical solutions to address business challenges.
  • Analyse and recommend strategies to improve revenue and market shares.
  • Analyse and present sales data to the management team and provide insights of the business.
  • Prepare Competitor's Analysis
  • Provide analysis on members' database to provide insights on consumer's trend.
  • Preparation of Management Reports.
  • Other Adhoc duties.

QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a related role.
  • Strong analytical, problemsolving, and criticalthinking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in requirement gathering techniques, process modeling, and documentation.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams.
  • Knowledge in SQL
