Responsibilities:

Engage in business development activities to support the growth of the business by proactively reaching out to YouTubers, Media, Influencers, and developing partnerships.
Engage in partnership with Top VC and institutions in Web
Provide product advice from business development and user side.
Manage accounts and work alongside KOLs to create and execute content feed; analyzing their performance and offering recommendations on how to improve.
Connect with the local community and monitor industry/competitor trends in order to optimize product, marketing, and operations strategies.
Explore new business ideas and strategic initiatives aligned to the growth of the company.

Requirements:

We are seeking individuals who have a strong network within the web3 community, particularly with web3 content creators.
We are seeking individuals who have a strong network with Top Venture Capitals and Media partners in Web
We are looking for individuals knowledgeable of Web3 with at least 5 years of experience in the industry.
Experience in a business development, sales or marketing role focusing on partnership and acquisition.
Proven track record in meeting and exceeding sales and revenue targets.
A resourceful selfstarter and tenacious problemsolver, willing to roll up one's sleeves to meet client needs and improve client experience.
Detailoriented, results focused individual who can work with mínimal supervision.
Have a strong sense of product management, understand the developing process, be creative and be able to provide product advice from business development and user side.
