- Map out process flows to successfully pay riders in compliance with CPF regulations
- Set up and test internal systems to make CPF payments
- Map potential areas of risk and create SWOT analysis
- Redesign payslip system for foodpanda's rider fleet
- Closely managing and driving projects, roadmaps, milestones, timelines and achievements
- Coordination and completion of projects on time within budget and within scope
- Set deadlines, assign responsibilities and monitor and summarize the progress of projects
- Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements e.g. CPF, IRAS, MOM, NS, and all other government-related claims
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- Minimum 2-3 years of working experience in the tech industry. Applicants with minimal work experience but outstanding academic or co-curricular records are welcome to apply
- Strong analytical skills are a must
- Strong project management skills, ability to manage multiple workstreams in parallel, plan for projects, manage own time and priorities
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills is a must
- Data-oriented with strong attention to detail, SQL is an ideal bonus
- Analytical thinker who can slice and dice data to build business cases
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills
- Robust understanding of People processes
- Strong understanding of Human Resource anatomy including functional areas and systems
- Experience in HR systems implementation
- Must be well-versed in Singapore's labour law and relevant legislation
- Strong business acumen and design thinking capabilities
- Immediate availability is preferred
