Responsible for business process design, evaluation and driving process improvement in Asia Trading Crude Supply and Trading/ Product Supply and Trading/Natural Gas Liquids business.

Job entails coordinating the S&T's business process streamlining, improvement and changes, associating with digital solutions, accompanying with development of process and governance models.

Drives continuous improvement and innovation for the global S&T organization, within Asia.


Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to:


  • Understand key business objectives and strategies, **identify and document key business capability needs and requirements, and identify gaps or improvement opportunity areas, with special focus on trading process improvement for front-mid-back office. Drive clarity and alignment with business stakeholders for a bias to action. Develop plan with goal to eliminate redundant processes and build process efficiency.

Develop and deliver training and documentation to ensure the proper & effective use of S&T IT tools by the various business users. Support Change Management efforts to build and sustain organizational capability within S&T business users.

Lead, Participate and engage in efforts to drive modernization, work and process simplification, and new tool integration. Develop monitoring tool and provide impact analysis of innovation/new tool to report value capture. Perform lookback and gauge user adoption on improved processes and new system functionalities/ tool deployed in the region. When needed, lead projects/initiatives from start to completion.

  • Ability to lead through influence and collaboration and effect change across a complex PSAT/CSAT operation in Asia. Excellent communication skill on trade off between different teams so as to synthesize differences.

  • Ability and willingness to learn and build competence and grow mastery in understanding the various business processes from trading front mid back office, people, and the different technology solutions. Ability to work with others to grow their capabilities and mastery in S&T tools.

  • Ability to drive actions that lead to meaningful business value and improvements.
**Additional Considerations for Selection:

Business Acumen:


  • Familiarity with Supply & Trading business or willingness to learn and grow understanding

2.


Technical Knowledge:


  • Understanding of Agile methods, familiarity with IT development and deployment approaches or willingness to learn and grow understanding. Sound familiarity with foundational IT and S&T IT tools. Project Management experience will be advantageous.
