Roles & Responsibilities

This position is for highly motivated candidates who are passionate about software development, possess a strong can-do attitude, and want to be part of a good team with a passion for excellence. The successful candidate must be comfortable working in a loosely structured organization and be capable of working with multiple teams in multiple technologies.

Roles and Responsibilities

§ Develop programs, flowcharts, and documentation to identify requirements and solutions.

§ Write well-designed, testable code.

§ Produce specifications and determine operational feasibility.

§ Integrate software components into a fully functional software system.

§ Develop software verification plans and quality assurance procedures.

§ Document and maintain software functionality.

§ Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems.

§ Deploy programs and evaluate user feedback.

§ Comply with project plans and industry standards.

§ Develop technical solution write-up.

§ Conduct technical demonstrations.

§ Develop documentations (requirement, design, test, guides, etc.).

Desired Candidate Profile

§ Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, or related experience in a technology role

§ BE/BS/ BCA/ BSC degree in computer science or computer applications from good university with good academic results

§ Strong software engineering skills in core Java - standalone applications, scalable web applications involving design and coding.

§ We accept candidates from non-computer science backgrounds who have learned coding separately and are confident in their ability to perform the job.

§ Good to have two (2) years of development experience. Experience is not mandatory

§ Must have good aptitude and logical reasoning skills.

§ Strong communication and problem-solving skills

§ Self-starting and ability to learn new technologies quickly.

§ Proactive, great team player

§ Knowledge in Cyber Security is a plus.

§ Hardworking, dedicated, and honest candidate.
