Our client is a branded pharmaceutical MNC.
They are looking for a qualified associate marketing director to be responsible for strategic planning and execution of marketing campaigns for both B2B and B2C, thus expanding market share across APAC.ResponsibilitiesOwn the overall marketing strategy, conceptualization and execution of plans in APACDevelop a comprehensive understanding of brand portfolio, competition and customer needs and support strategy, execution and market roll-out of brand initiativesCollaborate closely with in-country Sales and Marketing and cross-functional teams to ensure a robust marketing strategy, product positioning, messaging, branding and activation are in placeIncrease awareness, recommendation, usage and purchase of brand portfolio through active engagement with KOLsProvide compelling consumer / patient insights, including conceptualization and conducting market researches, and apply them to develop and differentiate marketing concepts, evidence-based claims as well as product experienceDevelopment of APAC regional campaigns (for local markets implementation and roll-out) targeted at consumers and KOLsSupport channel partners in preparation for product launches and work closely with the regional teams in opening new markets as necessaryDevelop and maintain close working relationship with country teams to achieve alignment on strategies, plans and actionRequirements10 -15 years of marketing experience in pharmaceutical/ FMCG/ Health & Beauty industry.
