As a Retail Assistant, you will have the chance to make a positive impact on people's lives by assisting them in their journey towards a healthier lifestyle.

Responsibilities:

Welcome customers with a warm and friendly approach, creating a welcoming atmosphere in the store.
Provide personalized assistance to customers, understanding their health goals and recommending appropriate health supplements.
Educate customers about the various health supplements, their ingredients, and their potential benefits.
Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring customers leave with the right products and a smile on their faces.
Keep the store wellorganized and ensure shelves are adequately stocked and visually appealing.
Stay uptodate with the latest trends and advancements in health supplements to offer informed recommendations to customers.
Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback with professionalism and empathy.
Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the success of the store.
Maintain knowledge of health and safety regulations to ensure a safe shopping environment for customers.

Requirements:

Passion for health and wellness, with a keen interest in health supplements and their benefits.
Min. GCE 'N' Level / Diploma or equivalent.
Prior experience in retail or customer service is an advantage.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage and build rapport with customers.
A proactive and enthusiastic attitude with a genuine desire to help customers improve their wellbeing.
Willing to work on weekends/public holidays when scheduled.
Basic computer skills for processing transactions and managing inventory.
