    Description

    The administrative assistant will report directly to the Director, assisting him with day to day operations and client management.

    The Role

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Proficient in Microsoft Office:

    • Utilize Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) to create, edit, and format documents and presentations.
    • Manage and organize data efficiently using Excel spreadsheets.

    2. Communication and Written Skills:

    • Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Draft, proofread, and edit correspondence, reports, and other documents.

    3. Basic Designing Knowledge using Canva or equivalent tools:

    • Utilize Canva for basic design tasks, such as creating visually appealing presentations, social media posts, and promotional materials.

    4. Savvy with Technology:

    • Stay updated on technological advancements relevant to the role.
    • Troubleshoot basic technology issues independently.

    5. Good Organizational Skills:

    • Maintain organized and systematic filing systems for documents and records.
    • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and events.
    • Maintain basic accounting records.
    • Maintain good relationship with clients.
    • Handle client management administrative matters.
    • Handle routine administrative tasks with efficiency and accuracy.

    Ideal Profile

    • You ideally have at least 1 year experience within a Admin Assistant role, ideally within the Financial Services industry.
    • You are organised and have good interpersonal skills.
    • You ideally have prior accounting experience.
    • You have good computer skills ( MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
    • You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
    • You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data
    • You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments
