Responsibilities:


  • Gathers, organizes, and reviews operational data/metrics to analyse data.
  • Conducts analysis and reporting in support of international operations, special projects/initiatives and/or operational planning activities.
  • Helps articulate and develop meaningful presentations and insights for decision making and managerial insights.
  • Stays abreast of organization and gains familiarity with company practices relevant to metrics, performance indicators, reporting protocols, services etc.
  • Confidence in communicating effectively with supervisors, managers, and the business.
  • Participates on projects/initiatives, providing analytical expertise in support of objectives.
  • Team player focused on continuous improvements in the workplace and professionally.
  • Attention to detail with a strategic vs transactional mindset, always looking to develop and learn.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree/Diploma in business or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience required.
  • Strong business acumen
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
  • Proficient in Excel (power pivot, macros, LOOKUP formulas), PowerPoint, SharePoint, Dashboards
  • Confident communicator and presenter
