- Assist the Governance and Operational Risk Team to maintain the Marketing related Governance and Operational Risk Framework and support the Marketing business by assisting to carry out relevant Risk processes.
- Support the team by gathering requirements and performing preliminary assessment for the Marketing Operational Risk Key Risk Indicators process, Marketing Risk Assessment, and the Incident Management process.
- Assist in execution of key objectives for the Governance and Operational Risk Team with oversight by the Manager and or Team Lead.
- Support the team in monitoring of Governance related approval requests, and facilitation of overall Governance related processes.
- Support the team in producing ancillary weekly and monthly risk reports for Marketing.
- Support and collaborate closely with the Governance and Operational Risk Team on day-to-day tasks and their status.
- Support to maintain and enhance the Eureka pages for the Governance and Operational Risk Team.
- Assist to refine existing policies relating to Governance and Operational Risk Qualifications:
- Be in the process of obtaining a degree/diploma in Accounting, Audit, Risk or Finance
- Be independent and able to multi-task and prioritise commitments
- Have strong communication and presentation skills
- Be proficient in Microsoft office suite
- Have a can-do attitude and strong ability to learn
