Description
Undertake and be overall responsible for project site management, supervision and contract follow up works.

  • Liaise with client, owner, building management, consultant, design firm, main contractor, subcontractor, supplier, vendor and others where necessary.
  • Monitor and oversee work execution by company owner construction team, subcontractor, supplier and vendor.
  • Oversee, coach and mentor the entire project team under your charge.
  • Review project team work performance.
  • Ensure compliance with Health, Safety and Environment policies and practices, and quality and progress at project worksite.
  • Attend project tender site showround and tender briefing.
  • Prepare tender document, costing, quotation, technical and commercial proposal and submit to client.
  • Review and approve Method Statement, Schedule, Claim, Risk Assessment and Safe Work Procedure for project.
  • Conduct site meeting with project team and subcontractors and monitor site progress.
  • Attend regular internal and external meeting.
  • Prepare monthly report for management.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
