Product Support Engineer - Singapore - TRUST RECRUIT PTE. LTD.
Description
Perform installation, configuration and customization of respective products.- Involve in the creation of documentation of user guides and maintenance manual
- Assist in integration testing which include the diagnosis of program/software defects.
- Take ownership of customer issues reported and seeing problems through to resolution within the contractual SLA
- Follow standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams
Job Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Technical Support Engineer, Desktop Support Engineer, IT Help Desk Technician or similar role
- Handson experience with Windows/Linux OS environments
- Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues
- Good time management, excellent problemsolving and communication skills
- Computer hardware, OS, network protocols, storage and backup
- Web services, API, and IPbased protocols.
- Scripting languages such as Bash or Shell or Python.
- Programming languages, such as C# or Go or Python
- Relational Database, such as PostgreSQL or MSSQL
- Message Queue, such as RabbitMQ
- Docker and containerization technologies
