Job Summary:


  • Industry: Social Services
  • Job location: Islandwide
  • Working days: Monday to Friday (8.30 am 6 pm)

Responsibilities:


  • Promote the company services and programmes
  • Develop and implement outreach plans
  • Plan, implement, and manage the programs and activities
  • Collect regular feedback and engage appropriate community partners to address those issues
  • Plan marketing activities and develop publicity materials
  • Develop the network and collaborate with community partners and national bodies on suitable programmes and activities
  • Attend networking sessions and management meetings as required
  • Ensure accurate recordkeeping and report submissions in a prompt and timely fashion
  • Support necessary evaluation and all critical reporting processes for the management and funders of the programme
  • Support the manager in recruiting, training and supervising staff and volunteers
  • May be required to perform additional duties as requested.

Job Requirements:


  • Diploma or Degree from any discipline, with 3 years of social service, community engagement, or eldercare experience
  • Proficiency in digital skills, in particular Google Suite Applications
  • Good collaborative and stakeholder management skills
  • Good problemsolving and planning skills
  • Able to motivate peers and team members
  • Service mindset, genuine interest to engage our seniors in the community
  • Possess good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Pleasant, proactive and highly accountable for the work assigned
  • Ability to converse in local languages
