**Reporting Line: Sales Director


Sales Manager:


  • Customer account management
  • Purchasing Order management, tracking and reporting of sales performances
  • Sales planning and reporting of regular performance reviews
  • Salesforce software operation
  • Other Ad hoc matters

Account Scope:


  • Covering multinational customers in mutiple locations including Singpaore, Malaysia, Taiwan, China, Japan and Korean
  • End to End customer order management (from P.O. receiving to order delivery confirmation)
  • Frequent business trip to above locations for customer relationship management

Requirements:


  • Master Degree in Business or equivalent degree and above
  • Able to handle multiple entities with collaborate with the team members
  • Indepth understanding of financial reporting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required for dealing with a cross functional team
  • Minimum related major & 5 years of experience in sales operation
  • In terms of language, English and Mandarin speakers are preferred
